Country stars are getting married in 2011!   It’s been a while since we reported the engagement of former Amrican Idol star turned Country front woman Kellie Pickler… and now People Magazine / people.com reports that Kellie has officially tied the knot in the Carribean over the Holidays.  Looks like the Falling In Love Again star couldn’t be happier.

After a proposal on the beach last June, the “elated” country singer, 24, and Kyle Jacobs, 37, eloped, exchanging vows on Jan. 1, in a “small, intimate ceremony on a private island in the Caribbean,” her rep tells PEOPLE.

The couple, who have been dating since 2008, got engaged on June 15, 2010, when Jacobs popped the question on a Florida beach.

Blake and Miranda set to Wed

The timing must have finally felt right for country stars Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert.  The two are engaged according to THE BOOT and People Magazine. They say he popped the question in Oklahoma May 9th

Shelton, 33, and Lambert, 26, are both riding high with award accolades and hit records (like Hillbilly Bone and House That Built Me) and a stars aligning engagement may be the one thing o push them both into superstar status.    Blake had recently joked about ring shopping and Miranda says Blake called her dad to get his blessing.

Miranda is proud of the ring (rightfully so) she’ll be showing it off in the next issue of People Magazine (out May 14th).
