Brad Paisley capped off his American Saturday Night Tour in North Charleston, South Carolina last night with the usual pranks and surprises. Unfortunately, for Brad, he suffered a painful surprise ending.

In the final moments of what was a near flawless show Paisley tripped and took a hard fall on the stage. Some concert goers thought the fall – during his hit Alcohol – was planned but quckly saw Paisley’s look of pain (or anger? embarrassment?) on the HD Giant screens. Paisley immediately wrapped up the show with a grimace and left the stage. All post show meet and greets were cancelled with management telling fans he was headed to the hospital.

Later Brad took to his Twitter page to tell fans he was OK, thought he had broken ribs, and says there are MEET and GREETS in it for the first one to post the fall on You Tube.

Indeed one fan reported seeing an ambulance backstage by the busses immediately following the show.

Most fans agree the spill did not look too bad or serious from the crowd.

The rest of the show was sprinkled with the pranks that Paisley tour has become known for… funny photo shopped photos popping up on the big screen and on stage surprises.

Justin Moore was surprised with very girly pictures of himself in a tu-tu and photo shopped on women’s bodies during his tough guy song “I Can Kick Your Ass.” During “Hank It” another pic of Justin and Hank Jr’s heads on toddler bodies flashed on the screen.

Later Paisley was greeted by Moore onstage wearing a cutoff Paisley t-shirt and a team of men in Speedos charged the stage during Paisley’s “Water.”

Country music superstar Brad Paisley is a consummate singer, songwriter, guitarist and entertainer, which has earned him three GRAMMY’s, 12 Academy of Country Music Awards and 11 Country Music Association Awards and is currently the most nominated for the upcoming CMA Awards with seven nominations. He will also co-host the show with Carrie Underwood for the second year. Paisley has released eight critically acclaimed studio albums that has accumulated sales of over 10 million units, including 2x-Platinum 2005 ACM and CMA Album of the Year, Time Well Wasted. His most recent album, American Saturday Night, released on June 30 debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums sales chart. Paisley has 14 #1 singles – the last 10 consecutive – extending a streak already unmatched by any other country artist in the 19-year history of Nielsen BDS- monitored airplay. Paisley’s innovative and entertaining tours have consistently placed in the Top 5 in Pollstar for attendance.

Singer/Songwriter Miranda Lambert started a Revolution last week with the #1 debut of her critically-acclaimed third album. Revolution joins her previous two releases that debuted at the very top of Billboard’s Country Albums Chart, making her one of three artists in Soundscan history whose first three albums all landed the #1 spot out of the box (Lee Ann Rimes and Gretchen Wilson). The two-time GRAMMY nominee and platinum-selling artist received rare perfect reviews from countless publications including 4 stars from Rolling Stone and USA Today, an ‘A’ from Entertainment Weekly and exuberant praise from SPIN, NY Times, Washington Post and more. Many have claimed Revolution as the “Best Album of the Year” in any genre including Houston Chronicle and NPR’s All Things Considered. She is currently nominated as this year’s CMA Top Female Vocalist and has won ACM’s 2007 Best New Female Award and 2008 ACM Album of the Year. With this much artillery under her belt, it’s no surprise the fiery Texas bombshell packs a pretty hard punch - and her live shows are no exception.

Born and raised in Poyen, Arkansas (Pop. 272), Southern Country Stylist Justin Moore embodies the soul and character of a kid from a small town with his tough-talking, straight-shooting brand of Country. His single, “Small Town USA” recently topped both country charts, making Moore the ONLY new artist to have a #1 hit in 2009, and the first solo artist to have a song from his/her debut album go #1 since Taylor Swift’s “Our Song” in December 2007. Moore has been profiled in The Washington Post, People Country, Atlanta Journal Constitution, Nashville Lifestyles, Chicago Daily Herald, Billboard, and Country Weekly. He’s been featured on NPR, WGN Midday News, Fox News Channel, AP, 2009 CMT Music Awards, Crook & Chase, GAC and Better Nashville. Moore has previously toured with Trace Adkins, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Hank Williams, Jr. For more information on Justin Moore visit: www.moorejustinmusic.com
