Leave it to the crazy and loveable Kellie Picker to get outrageous for a good cause.

Not long ago Pickler shaved her head to support her pal battling breast cancer, and now, the Red High Heels singer also has gone pink for the cause.  As in Hot pink.  As in what’s left of her hair is hot pink!   Again it’s to show her support of breast cancer awareness so the Pick Pickler fans are gonna love it.

An active tweeter, Kellie posted the pix on Twitter. “I’m thinking WE SHOULD ALL ROCK PINK HAIR 2NITE @HRCNashville for my #BreastCancerAwareness show!! I AM!!”

This is not the first time Pickler has gone all out for a cause.  She has also toured the world in support of the troops with the USO. Check the classic background image on her Twitter account.

Country stars are getting married in 2011!   It’s been a while since we reported the engagement of former Amrican Idol star turned Country front woman Kellie Pickler… and now People Magazine / people.com reports that Kellie has officially tied the knot in the Carribean over the Holidays.  Looks like the Falling In Love Again star couldn’t be happier.

After a proposal on the beach last June, the “elated” country singer, 24, and Kyle Jacobs, 37, eloped, exchanging vows on Jan. 1, in a “small, intimate ceremony on a private island in the Caribbean,” her rep tells PEOPLE.

The couple, who have been dating since 2008, got engaged on June 15, 2010, when Jacobs popped the question on a Florida beach.

In fact, the gates to the grandstand had to be closed 15 minutes prior to her set due to the SRO crowd. Bill Magann with Variety Attractions said, “Kellie Pickler had a capacity crowd at Albert Lea, MN last night. Largest in my 34 years here!” In the fairs 126 years of existence, Pickler’s show had the highest grossing box office receipts in its history.

The Tribune, the daily newspaper noted, “As Pickler talked to the crowd in between songs, it was almost as if this real-life small-town girl from Albemarle, N.C., had lived in Albert Lea her whole life as she effortlessly went from telling you about each song to walking unguarded into an area where you can tell she feels the most comfortable and confident — with her fans, who exploded with delight. It is this characteristic that I think explains the reason that her star will continue to rise as both men and women are drawn to her confidence, charm and inner strength.”

Pickler opened the show with her Top 10 and gold certified single, “Best Days Of Your Life.”  90 minutes later with rain falling, she closed the show with “Red High Heels” and invited every young girl in the audience to join her onstage, passing the microphone around for the girls to sing with her. By the time the song ended, the stage was packed with fans singing in unison.

The fun moves onto Wausau, WI on Friday, then Saturday she’ll perform at WE Fest in Detroit Lakes, MN before wrapping up the weekend with Taylor Swift as the Fearless Tour invades Omaha, NE.
